A five-story parking structure in Miami, Florida collapsed on Wednesday, October 12, 2012, while it was under construction.
The collapse occurred on the Miami-Dade College campus at around noon on Wednesday.
Numerous construction workers were injured or trapped beneath the rubble, and at least three construction workers were killed. One worker remains missing.
On Friday, October 12, the search for the missing worker was still ongoing.
The firm handling the construction, Ajax Building Corp, confirmed the dead as Samuel Perez, Jose Calderon and Carlos Hurtado de Mendoza.
